PATRIZIA ORCIANI

Patrizia Orciani started her vocal studies under the guidance of Vincenzo Cecchetelli, Leone Magiera, Rodolfo Celletti, Sergio Bertocchi and Paola Molinari. After her successful debut as Mimì in La bohème at the Corte Malatestiana in Fano, her native town, she has established an extraordinary international career, performing regularly on the world’s most prestigious concert stages and opera houses including Teatro alla Scala, Wiener Staatsoper, Opernhaus in Zürich, Teatro Real and Teatro de la Zarzuela in Madrid, Mozarteum in Salzburg, Liceu in Barcelona, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Opera in Bonn, Opera in Köln, Orquestra Sinfônica do Estado de São Paulo, Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, New National Theatre in Tokyo, Teatro “Perez Caldos” in Las Palmas, Opera in Tenerife, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Teatro Comunale in Firenze, Teatro La Fenice in Venezia, Teatro dell’Opera in Roma, Teatro Regio in Parma, Teatro San Carlo in Napoli, Teatro Regio in Torino, Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova, Teatro Massimo “V. Bellini” in Catania, Arena di Verona, Accademia Chigiana in Siena, only to name a few.
She has worked with such important conductors as Claudio Abbado, Bruno Bartoletti, Daniele Callegari, Frédéric Chaslin, Gianandrea Gavazzeni, Gustav Kuhn, Alain Lombard, Peter Maag, Lorin Maazel, John Neschling, Daniel Oren, Stefano Ranzani, Donato Renzetti, Nello Santi, Hubert Soudant, Marc Soustrot.
Recent engagements have included Help, Help, The Globolinks by Menotti at the Teatro Massimo di Palermo and L’amico Fritz (Suzel) at the Teatro Verdi di Trieste.
